Hunt the Hiding Man

For a brief period in the early-to-mid 2000s, the fascination with The Hiding Man culminated in an annual celebration of the elusive figure. More a cult activity attended via word-of-mouth, people gathered in the park the first weekend of February for exploratory, off-trail hikes into the Griffith Park hills to "hunt the Hiding Man."
